









Refunds and Returns
All replacement and "item not received" claims are subject to investigation and review by Transfer Gang.
Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is a printing or production error caused by Transfer Gang, we’re happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so our support team can assist you.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for loss or damage rests with the shipping provider (the “Carrier”). Customers must file any claims for lost or damaged packages directly with the Carrier. Transfer Gang is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit and does not guarantee refunds, credits, or reshipments in these cases.
