Refunds and Returns

All returns, replacements, and 'item not received' claims are subject to investigation and review by Transfer Gang. 

In general, Transfer Gang does not offer returns due to the nature of the product. However, we are happy to offer reprints for any printing or production errors where Transfer Gang is at fault. Simply send us back unused transfers within 30 days of the delivery date, and our support team will arrange for a replacement. 

Responsibility for loss or damaged Products incurred after the Product has been shipped is taken by the Mail provider (the "Carrier"). 

It is the User's responsibility to report or file any claims with the Carrier for lost items. In these cases, it is not the responsibility of Transfer Gang to resend the Product or offer a refund or credit.
